  1. Heat oil in a kadai.add garlic paste.add pepper powder mix it.add julienne carrots,julienne capsicum add shredded cabbage,onions cut length wise,salt to taste saute it well.then add boiled noodles,then add szechwan chutney,tomato ketchup,soya sauce saute it for a while.it's ready..
  2. Now lets make dosa spread the batter on the tawa.spread some butter on the dosa.dosa is ready.
  3. Transfer the dosa to a plate.now lets add the chinese veggie filling.some fresh vegetables on the top.lets roll it up and cut it even.transfer to a serving plate and serve hot with ketchup..
